Hello, I'm Aprisa 🤗
I was diagnosed with ADHD at 38 yo, thinking I was wrong and broken my whole life. I battled with anxiety and depression for decades, went through tough life challenges and alchemised them into healing, creating a life I love more while supporting others 🤗
I've spent 40 years learning that the magic isn't in having it all figured out, but in embracing every pivot, every contradiction, every beautiful mess along the way. I'm here to show you what's possible when you stop trying to fit into just one box 🥰
